Rubber elastic material for 3D printing.

Compression permanent deformation below 1%! A soft 3D printer material with rubber elasticity and strength.

*3D modeling is produced using the SLA method. We are developing a soft material with an extremely low compression permanent deformation. Would you like to co-create new products using this material together? 【Features】 ■ Compression permanent deformation: an astonishing 0.9%! Equivalent to or better than vulcanized rubber! ■ Low hysteresis loss = a material with spring-like performance ■ Shore A hardness: 40-50 (other hardness levels are under development) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Special Alloy Products: High-Tensile Materials / Constant Elasticity Materials

Introducing materials that can be used as parts such as springs, high-speed rotating bodies, and tools!

We would like to introduce "High-Strength Materials / Constant Elasticity Materials," which are essential in a wide range of industrial fields such as motors, tools, and aircraft parts, handled by Nippon High Frequency. "High-Strength Materials" include "precipitation-hardened stainless steel," which has excellent corrosion resistance, heat resistance, and high strength, as well as "maraging steel," which combines excellent toughness and weldability with high strength. Additionally, "Constant Elasticity Materials" do not experience changes in elastic modulus due to temperature fluctuations and are used in applications such as spring scales, watch components, and precision instrument parts. 【Features of High-Strength Materials】 <Precipitation-Hardened Stainless Steel> ■ Has corrosion resistance equivalent to stainless steel and possesses high strength. <Maraging Steel> ■ High strength and toughness, with heat resistance up to 400°C. ■ Good cold workability and weldability. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Rubber elastic material for 3D printers

Even when tightly bent, it beautifully returns to its original shape. The permanent deformation under compression is less than 1%, combining softness and strength. Shall we co-create new products with this material?

The "rubber elastic material for 3D printers" developed by our company is a 3D printer material that possesses rubber elasticity and strength. By forming a chemical network, we have successfully achieved the recovery properties of rubber after UV curing. It has actual rubber performance that is different from rubber-like materials, allowing for the creation of rubber-shaped objects using a 3D printer. *3D modeling is produced using the SLA method. 【Features】 ■ The compression permanent deformation is equivalent to or better than that of typical vulcanized rubber at 0.9%. ■ It has low hysteresis loss and possesses spring-like performance. ■ Shore A hardness is between 40 and 50 (other hardness levels are under development). ■ The material is colorless and transparent and can be colored. *For more details, please refer to the materials. Please consult us regarding technical information, applications, and joint research related to this material.
